Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is an exercise system designed to strengthen your core. It's a functional, accessible program that differs from reformer routines and can be done anywhere. We offer Beginner Intermediate and Advance classes. We offer both in house classes and online through Zoom. We also offer Mens only mat Class.
Strength gained during Pregnancy will help you during every trimester, child birth and most of all to speed up recovery once the baby is born. We also work on the pelvic floor muscles which are one of the most important muscles in the body.
Most recommended way to get started with Pilates. We cover the Fundamentals and Principles of Pilates. If your experiencing back pain or have an injury we highly recommend a minimum of 3 one on ones before going into a beginner class. Also ideal if you do not like group classes.

The barre is a full body workout for all levels of fitness. Its low impact on the joints while providing high intensity movements that increase strength and flexibility. We use small weights (optional) to make it a little more challenging. A very popular workout with everybody who does it.
